Why do you want to create a new home?

We only work on new build homes, so if you are planning an extension/renovation/garden room project we would sadly not be the team for you.

What size of home would you like?

It's just a rough guide so don't worry if you're not completely sure yet. If you're a square foot person then roughly 100m² = 1,100ft²

When would you like to get started?

Tell us anything you'd like to, from your main motivations and overall design aspirations to what colour you want the kitchen walls to be. Or leave blank if you'd rather retain an air of mystery...

Do you have a site for your new home?

Hopefully you already have a site (or have one in mind) but even if not we'd still love to hear from you.

Is there an established right to build on it?

Site size, existing building size, flat or sloping, tricky access, at the end of a rainbow etc.
